The Development and Further Optimizing of Hongxing Jaw Crusher

Jaw crushing machine, which is also called jaw crusher(щековая дробилка) for short, is mainly used for medium granularity crushing all kinds of rocks and large-sized materials, and it is able to crush materials with the compression strength less than 320Mpa and is divided into coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher.

While the rock particles are moving inside jaw crusher, since the rotation and swinging speed of the principal axis of the equipment is sufficient high, the movable cone surface will produce a local accelerated speed which is higher than the gravity accelerated speed. At this very moment, the rock particles will be in a free fall, and the particles may catch up the movable cone surface. If the movable cone surface remains far away from the fixed cone surface, the particles may be in a continuous sliding state in the later movement.
